Bibi Fell was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a fourth generation trial lawyer, she always knew she would continue in the family tradition. Bibi moved to San Diego to attend UCSD and went on to graduate magna cum laude from USD Law in 2004. Bibi has been practicing law in San Diego since that time. Bibi spent her early career handling business litigation and employment cases at Baker & McKenzie and then at Fleming & Fell. In 2013, Bibi joined GTA and handles personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment cases.
Bibi has been selected to be a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, Distinguished Counsel’s Nation’s Top One Percent, and the American Academy of Trial Attorney’s Premier 100, Superlawyers, and “Top Attorney’s in Southern California.”
Bibi is on the Board of Directors for the California Bar Foundation and is on the Advisory Council to the Board for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Bibi also gives back by teaching young lawyers and law students advocacy skills. She teaches Advanced Trial Advocacy at USD Law as an Adjunct Professor. She is the Program Director for the NITA’s Deposition Skills Program in San Diego and has taught trial advocacy through NITA at private law firms and through public programs in six different states and Northern Ireland. Bibi attended ABOTA’s National Trial College in 2008 and has returned every year since to assist with the program.
Bibi’s husband, Trevor, is the Public Affairs Officer for Naval Special Warfare and attends USD Law in the evening. In their free time, Bibi and Trevor enjoy taking their three girls rock climbing and paddleboarding. Bibi used to be a professional salsa dancer, but hung up her dance shoes to spend more time with family.
