Nicholas Graham joined the Complex Litigation practice group at Gomez Trial Attorneys in January of 2014 where he enjoys working on Mass Torts, Class Actions, and Environmental Litigation. Prior to working at Gomez Trial Attorneys, Nicholas developed a passion for Mass Torts while serving as a law clerk at Lopez McHugh in Newport Beach. His projects include the Granuflo Mass Tort Litigation, the NFL Concussion Litigation, the Apple iPhone Class Action, and the Risperdal Litigation.
Nicholas graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Nicholas then went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, Nicholas was a member of the national Mock Trial Team. He competed in four tournaments: the American Association of Justice Intramural Championship at USD; the San Diego Defense Lawyers Trial Competition in San Diego (twice); and the American Association of Justice National Mock Trial Tournament in Seattle. Nicholas and his team were champions at the AAJ Intramural Tournament and finished third at SDDL and AAJ in Seattle. In his third year of law school, he served as a teaching assistant for a first year Property class. Nicholas helped students understand the material, held office hours, and led a weekly one hour class to give students additional help. Nicholas graduated from USD in 2015 with a concentration in Civil Litigation. His passion for trial work continues and he looks forward to growing his skills as a trial attorney while working at GTA.
When not working, Nicholas enjoys running, hiking, and rock climbing. His favorite hike was summiting Mt. Whitney in one day, a feat which he has now accomplished twice.
