Victoria began working as a law clerk at Gomez Trial Attorneys in May of 2013. She became a member of the California Bar in November of 2014 and is now a trial attorney at the firm’s Solana Beach office.
Victoria graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in downtown San Diego. During her time at California Western, Victoria served as the Recruitment Chair for the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and co-directed the 2012 Race Judicata 5k philanthropy event benefitting the California Innocence Project. Victoria competed as a Distinguished Advocate on the California Western trial team in the San Diego Defense Lawyer and American Association for Justice trial competitions.
Victoria is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, North County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. She is currently the Southern California Law School Development Chair for the New Lawyers Division of CAOC. As Law School Development Chair, Victoria is responsible for organizing panel events at law schools throughout Southern California to raise awareness of the importance of plaintiff’s litigation, consumer advocacy, and organizations such as CAOC.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys attending Pilates, barre and yoga classes, and spending time outdoors while taking advantage of the beautiful San Diego weather with family and friends.
