A 2004 graduate of the University of San Diego, Yvette C. De Anda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish, with a Business Administration minor. In 2005, Yvette earned her graduate level paralegal certificate, with honors.
During her paralegal studies, Yvette interned at the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. She then worked for two years as a paralegal at a civil litigation firm. Through this experience, Yvette has honed her legal skills. Her education, practical experience, strong work ethic, and keen interest in the law enable her to serve both the firm’s clients and her community.
In her current position, Yvette helps in every aspect of the successful representation of the firm’s clients. She is especially skilled and experienced at trial preparation and has been a part of the trial team for many successful verdicts. Yvette especially enjoys working with her clients and developing effective solutions to their concerns.
Yvette speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and cooking. In April of 2011, Yvette and her husband Saul were blessed with a baby boy. She has greatly enjoyed the joys and challenges of being a new mom.
