Raul Rabago
Trial Attorney
Raul Rabago is a Trial Attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys who works on catastrophic personal injury cases. Raul grew up in Coachella, California, and is a first-generation college student and attorney. He attended the University of California, Riverside where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Sociology.
Following his undergraduate studies, Raul attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where he obtained his law degree. In his first year of law school, Raul was one of twenty-two students selected by the San Diego County Bar Association to be part of its Diversity Fellowship Program, a program which pairs law students with the most prestigious law firms in San Diego. In addition to balancing internships and his studies, Raul participated in various academic curriculars. For instance, he had the privilege of serving as the Senior Editor of California Western’s Law Review Journal, and Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association. However, Raul’s favorite triumphs in law school undoubtedly became his oral advocacy endeavors. After receiving a Distinguished Advocate award in an intraschool trial competition, Raul went on to compete in multiple national trial conferences as part of his school’s high-ranking mock trial team. It was because of his successful, skill-setting closing arguments that he was the recipient of both the Gordon & Holmes Oral Advocacy Award and the La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship.
Raul attributes all his successes to his parents who, from a young age, instilled in him the importance of hard work, unwavering resilience, and relentless passion. He hopes to transfer those values into his legal work in order to provide the best legal representation to his clients.
