Max Halpern is a trial attorney who dedicates his practice to helping people. Mr. Halpern represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death cases. He additionally litigates cases involving “Children’s Rights” where a child has suffered physical, sexual, verbal, or emotional harm at a school, daycare, or other “supervised” environment.

Mr. Halpern received his law degree from the University of San Diego, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC San Diego. As a law student, Mr. Halpern wrote for the San Diego Law Review and worked as a Research Assistant for Author and Professor of Law Orly Lobel. Mr. Halpern is a Spanish speaking lawyer studying Spanish through the University of California Education Abroad Program in Cordoba, Spain and living in Madrid for two years through Spain’s Ministry of Education.
Mr. Halpern is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Halpern enjoys going to the beach, literature, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
