Victoria began working as a law clerk at Gomez Trial Attorneys in May of 2013. She became a member of the California Bar in November of 2014 and is now a trial attorney at the firm’s downtown office assisting with cases such as: car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, brain injuries, and wrongful death. Victoria is a member of the Firm’s dedicated Coronavirus litigation group where she focuses on wrongful death and personal injuries caused by the negligent transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
Victoria graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in downtown San Diego. During her time at California Western, Victoria served as the Recruitment Chair for the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and co-directed the 2012 Race Judicata 5k philanthropy event benefitting the California Innocence Project. Victoria competed as a Distinguished Advocate on the California Western trial team in the San Diego Defense Lawyer and American Association for Justice trial competitions.
Victoria is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Wallace Inn of Court. Victoria serves on the Board of Directors of the California Western School of Law Alumni Association as well as the New Lawyers Division of CAOC.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys attending fitness classes, volunteering with local animal rescues, and spending time outdoors while taking advantage of the beautiful San Diego weather with her husband, and rescue dog, Tannin.
