David Arreguin
Managing Attorney, California - Mexico Corridor, Attorney RelationsDavid Arreguin serves as Managing Attorney for the California-Mexico Corridor and Attorney Relations at Gomez Trial Attorneys, where he advocates for the binational and cross-border community while fostering collaborative relationships with attorneys throughout the region. His practice focuses on representing clients in personal and catastrophic injury cases, employment disputes, and consumer rights matters. David is dedicated to advocating for individuals against large corporations and insurance companies.
Growing up in Tijuana, Mexico, and later earning his undergraduate and law degrees in San Diego, California, David brings unique insight into the challenges and concerns facing California-Mexico cross-border residents when they encounter legal issues. He takes pride in serving as a trusted point of contact for his community, whether they’ve been involved in an accident, face employment injustices, or have been taken advantage of by large corporations.
David regularly appears in media interviews, social media platforms, and speaking engagements, educating the California-Mexico cross-border community about their legal rights and how to pursue them. He works to clear up misconceptions and address the fears that often prevent people from seeking the legal help they need.
In discussions with John Gomez, Gomez Trial Attorneys’ Founder and CEO, David discovered they shared the same mission: to replace legal marketing agencies that merely target the Hispanic and cross-border community by ensuring people have access to “real” trial attorneys who are from this community, who live here, grew up here, and truly connect with their clients’ unique needs.
“Our goal at Gomez Trial Attorneys is to be the voice for the California-Mexico border community, ensuring that fear or uncertainty never stops people from pursuing their rights and seeking justice,” David notes.
Completely fluent in both Spanish and English, David resides in Chula Vista with his wife Carolina, their son Lucas, and their Shih Tzu, Dona.
