
Jansen Hyatt
Trial Attorney
Jansen Hyatt was born and raised in north-western New Mexico. He began his higher education at the University of New Mexico where he earned his associate degree before transferring to Utah Valley University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology. Aspiring to become an attorney, Jansen applied and was accepted to the University of San Diego School of Law, where he focused his courses on civil litigation. In Jansen’s final two years, he served as an Academic Success Fellow, where he mentored and provided supplemental instruction to first year law students. In 2023, Jansen graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in civil litigation.
In 2022, Jansen joined Gomez Trial Attorneys as a law clerk, where he developed a passion for helping individuals in catastrophic injury, and death matters. In 2023, after passing the California state bar examination, Jansen transitioned into a trial attorney role and has since helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars.
