Recognized for the more than $116 million in jury verdicts and settlements she has obtained for her clients, Partner Bibianne Fell has been named a finalists for the Consumer Attorney’s of San Diego (CASD) Trial Lawyer of the Year. The $105 million jury verdict she obtained representing client Dawn Kali in a medical fraud case is among the largest jury verdicts in the state of California for 2018, and she reached several policy-limit settlements and extremely favorable results for other deserving clients.
Passionate about contributing knowledge to the legal field, Bibianne teaches Advanced Trial Advocacy as an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego’s School of Law and regularly presents on her extensive trial experience at conferences across the nation. She also gives back to the legal community by volunteering as an Advisory Board Member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), the California Bar Foundation, and as a fellow faculty member for the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial College. She also serves as Director of the NITA Pacific Deposition Skills 3-day Program and has co-chaired the 360 Advocacy Women’s Conference.
